1. Tour Package Fare Exclusions:
The 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour fare does not include airfare, airport transfers, airport taxes, airport security taxes, airline insurance surcharges, fuel taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, customs user fees and service fees as specified by the airlines and airport authorities, excess baggage charges, laundry services, room service, gratuities to drivers or local guides and tips to hotel porters, and/or any personal expenses.
2. Tour Package Fare Inclusions:
The 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour fare includes accommodation, hotel breakfast, pre-arranged restaurant meals, transportation, Esseplore’s tour guide services and sightseeing as specified in the 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour brochure/itinerary/booking form. However, tour guide services will only be provided on the first and last day of the tour for assistance and administrative purposes.
3. Provision of Transportation:
This tour will only provide half-day transportation on the first and last day of the tour via a coach bus. Transportation will only be catered for airport transfers and activities on the last day of the tour. Subsequently, a Singapore Tourist Pass will be provided for the tour participants’ travelling needs during the tour.
4. Operating Days of the Tour:
This tour only operate on Fridays. For other days of the week, special arrangements can be made for group bookings with a minimum of 10 people.
5. Reservation, Deposit and Full Payment:
All bookings will be on a first come first served basis. To make a reservation, you will need to place a deposit for yourself and each person accompanying you on the 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour. To confirm your reservation with us, you must also submit accurate and complete passport details for all persons participating in the tour to us within 3 days of deposit payment. Failure to do so will lead to the withdrawal of your reservation and the deposit will be returned back to you.
Payment of deposit and confirmation of reservation does not guarantee a confirmation of the 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour. The 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour is subject to a minimum group size before this package tour is confirmed. The failure to achieve the minimum group size at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date will lead to the cancellation of all reservations.
You will be notified as soon as possible once the 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour is confirmed. Following the confirmation of the 4D3N Discover Singapore Tour, you must make a full payment for the package tour at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date. Failure to make full payment within the stipulated date will lead to the cancellation of your reservation and a cancellation fee will be imposed on you.
